California teacher held without bail in abuse case

FRESNO, California (AP) - A California teacher accused of molesting a student and recording the abuse on his mobile phone is being held without bail on federal charges in the case. U.S. Magistrate Judge Dennis Beck ordered 43-year-old Neng Yang, a second-grade teacher in Clovis, held during a brief hearing on Thursday.
