which is the most powerful and accurate in cancer treatment? only md anderson in houston texas and loma linda university medical center in loma linda california have proton threapy... truebeam is @ fresno cancer center, ucla etc.... i really want radiation for my 7 cm malignant thymoma that is recurrent from 14 yrs ago after being treated w/ chemo, surgery and radiation but 3 different doctors recommend i do chemo again to shrink the inoperable tumor so that it can be operated on..... am now seeking a 4th opinion from md anderson in houston texas for proton therapy.... any advice???? i hate the toxic and horrible side effects of chemo!!! please help me......
